For rebate-related concerns, the student needs to send an email to the Dining Warden Office at diningwardenoffice@iiti.ac.in and cc to dining.warden@iiti.ac.in. For more information, visit the Dining Warden's Office between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Please attach screenshots of any portal-related issues for resolution.
If applying for a rebate on the 29th, 30th, or 31st, students must select their previous current caterer on the dining website. Example: If you have Gauri Caterer on January 29, 2025, and need to fill the long rebate, you must include Gauri Caterer from January 30, 2025, to February 10, 2025.
Sick food services are available. Students can contact the SDC (Student Dining Committee) at dining.committee.sg@iiti.ac.in to avail these services in advance.
You need to write an email along with proof (image and video) to dining.committee.sg@iiti.ac.in, CC: gs.dining@iiti.ac.in.
